James Maggs obtained his B.S. degree in accounting from Villanova University in 1986. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Maggs worked as a tax accountant with Arthur Anderson & Co. and Ernst and Young. He graduated from Seton Hall School of Law Magna Cum Laude and was the Editor-in-Chief of the Constitutional Law Journal.
