The Prince William County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court, General District Court and Circuit Courts are ONLY hearing emergency matters.

These matters include Motions for Bond (adults & juveniles), Protective Orders, and Custody and Visitation matters. We are able to file these emergency documents on your behalf because of our proximity to the courts and e-file. Please take the time to read the Governor's Order, Supreme Court of Virginia Order and the Circuit Court Orders attached on our website for information.
