The program builds foundational movement patterns while fostering parent-child bonding through structured play.
Competitive Gymnastics
Our award-winning competitive teams train at Compulsory, Optional, and Xcel levels with personalized coaching for college scholarship preparation. Athletes receive specialized instruction on all apparatuses while developing advanced skills like back handsprings and vault techniques. The program emphasizes technical precision, strength conditioning, and competition strategy for state and national competitions.
Open Gym Sessions
Supervised open gym times allow independent skill practice and social play for kindergarten through middle school students. Certified coaches ensure safety while children explore trampolines, balance beams, and vault equipment. Sessions promote physical activity through unstructured play while maintaining strict safety protocols and equipment supervision.
Mini Privates
30-minute personalized instruction sessions with senior coaches focus on specific skill development for children aged six and older. These tailored lessons address individual needs with immediate feedback on technique and form. Sessions must be scheduled in advance with 72-hour cancellation notice required for credit retention.
Acro & Dance Classes
Integrated acrobatics and dance classes develop flexibility, coordination, and performance skills for grades 1-12. Curriculum combines gymnastics elements with dance techniques to enhance body awareness and artistic expression. Classes and teachers are great. But the front desk and customer service needs work and sketchy online payment process. Also, really restrictive policies on missed classes, even due to weather. Seems like you should be able to make up a class if there is open space in another time slot or at least have flexibility when closure is due to weather.

The classes are alright but the setup definitely needs better management. The website is rudimentary, the telephone rarely gets answered and when you leave a message no one calls you back. Despite this, you can get good instructors and the kids can have fun but it's really a hit or miss getting there!
