The Heist

What is the pricing for escape room sessions?
Standard rates are $30 per adult and $25 for children under 17. All bookings include exclusive room access for your group.
Are there age requirements or restrictions?
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The experiences are designed for ages 12 and up, with adjustable difficulty options available.
How many people can participate in a session?
Rooms accommodate 2-8 participants. Larger groups can book multiple rooms or request special arrangements through our booking system.
What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?
We offer credit for future bookings if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds are available, but we can adjust your booking to alternative times.
How early should we arrive for our scheduled time?
Arrive 15-20 minutes early for check-in and briefing. Late arrivals may have reduced gameplay time at the discretion of the game master.

Never been to an escape room before, it was awesome! Staff was funny and super welcoming. The only reason I'm leaving off two stars is because someone in the building was vacuuming outside for what felt like the whole time we were there and it was really loud. Apperiantly it happens quite often. I could hardly hear the rules and such over the vacuuming outside in the hallway. It was just not a reasonable time to be vacuuming for the whole time we were in there. Other than that, we loved it and will 100% be going back.

My boyfriend and I did this for his birthday. I know doing it with you people is not easy and it was definitely very difficult for us but that was expected. The place is very difficult to find. We walked in and the guy just talk to us about music for about 10 minutes before we got to go in and he did not have the room ready for us upon arrival even though we were there five minutes before as it says to do in the reservation. We needed all of our hands which is fine and did not figure very much of the puzzles out. When our time ran out we asked if you go through it with us and he refused to go through

Literally the best place you'll ever go to! Was visiting from out of town and the employee Tyler was so incredibly nice to me and my party! I would definitely travel back again for this place and employee. A party before us was rude to him and he stayed patient with them while they yelled. Couldn't ask for a better service or a better time.

We did the Asylum escape room, which I cant say I would recommend. The puzzles were good but some not fully fleshed out, and the staff was not super friendly. After we finished the room with time to spare, we didnt receive the typical commendations or explanations of puzzles we struggled with, etc., nor did they offer to take a picture with props (all of which is typical of past escape rooms Ive done). While we havent tried the other rooms, I wouldnt go back based off of this first experience.

I have been to multiple escape rooms across the country. Their hardest room had only six combinations with zero flow. The price was the highest out of any escape room to which I have been. It felt like I was at carnival getting my money stolen. Expressed our concerns to the owner and he awkwardly laughed it off. Red flag: all the rooms were open; we were the only ones there.
