As a birth doula, I meet you prenatally and visit postpartum, along with being with you during your birth. In the months leading up to your birth, I offer information and resources, tips and guidance, and emotional support. During labor, I arrive with my doula bag, and help with optimal fetal positioning, emotional support, encouragement of advocacy, and much more.
