Swan Lake Overlook is a luxurious wedding and event venue. Our venue sits on 225 acres of land that has been in our family for over 100 years. Our scenic views overlook the North Georgia Mountains and come with all of the well loved mountain elements. We are conveniently located just north of Atlanta, providing the perfect mountain destination wedding just outside of the city.
Our guests can enjoy several ceremony spots around our property and a large indoor venue space with seating for up to 300 guests. While we are a farm, our space is everything but your typical barn wedding. We classify ourselves as rustic-elegance.

When the contract is signed, to continue holding the date, 50% of the venue rental fee is due. The final installment will be required 180 days prior to the event. You are welcome to send smaller, partial payments of any amount prior to the specified due date, so in effect creating your own payment plan on your own schedule.

Our venue is perfectly wedged between two popular North Georgia cities: Dahlonega and Dawsonville. Dawsonville is located just north of Atlanta, right up GA 400. This easy access location makes it a simple travel commute for any guests. In such a quick drive, you can feel like you have escaped the fast-paced city life of ATL and escape to the scenic North Georgia Mountains.
