We provide the gorgeous backdrop, the tables + seating and a decor selection for you to choose from. You set up and customize your big day - your wedding, your way. You have the option to add Friday starting at 2:00 to your Saturday rental for an additional $1500. Go ahead and bring all your stuff, rehearse, have your rehearsal dinner onsite at the picnic tables by the fire pit, then stay the night in the 3 on-site cabins.

Deep South Farm has china you can choose to add to your package. This includes appetizer or salad, dinner and dessert plate, dinner glass, flatware, cloth napkin in the color of your choice. The bar package must be added if having any alcohol other than a champagne toast. It includes 2 bartendending staff, ice and cups, barware, set-up/clean-up and an off-duty Gilmer County police officer to be present.

We require a $500 booking fee in order to mark a date booked on our calendar. We offer a monthly payment plan. The first installment is due 30 days from booking. The final installment will be required 30 days prior to the event. We also reserve the right to request a credit card on file for any damages to the facility or grounds.
