Candace Howe, M.D. is a board certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist. Dr. Howe completed medical school and residency at t. Jennifer (Jenn) Rawson, PA-C, has more than nine years of experience providing patient care in both the emergency room. Liz grew up in San Clemente, CA and earned an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
