Tina the front desk manager is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have encountered in a very long time! Dr. Ong is such an amazing dermatologist, but his office manager Tina is the face of his practice.
Dr. Ong, she is so bad for business and driving all your patients away with her mean comments and unprofessionalism. I have been with this derm for over 10 years and sadly am taking my business elsewhere. Not only is Tina all of the above, but she lacks leadership and grace in the workplace. She diverts blame to the front desk staff, and I truly feel this is why they have such a high turn

I always feel that Dr. Donna Tran cares about me, and my skin. She is very thorough in the exam, checking all my sun exposed parts. I was a medical patient. I saw Dr Ong. He went to bat for me, trying to secure an appointment with another specialist. His staff is very kind. I plan to continue seeing him as my dermatologist and avail myself of the services offered by the cosmetic part of his practice.

Dr. Ong and his entire staff are Absolutely THE most professional organization that I have ever encountered in my 68 years of dealing with the medical profession. I have personally seen him working at 7:00 pm on Friday night helping patients with their concerns when he should have been long gone from his office. If you or anyone you know are looking for a Doctor with the highest standards, In ALL aspects in the medical industry, this is the place you want to be.
