Your Go-To Italian Deli in Stockton Since 1972
Gian's Deli has been a cornerstone of Stockton's Italian culinary scene since 1972. Founded by Gian Bolognini, our deli preserves generations of North Italian traditions through handcrafted recipes and premium imported ingredients. We specialize in authentic Italian sausages, homemade ravioli, and specialty cold cuts, all rooted in family techniques passed down from Corfino, Italy. Our commitment to quality extends to catering services that bring Stockton families together through crowd-pleasing Italian feasts. Recognized nationally through Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, we maintain the same kitchen practices established by Gian's mentors at Angelini and Ferrari.Today, Gian's son Jeffrey continues this legacy at our Miracle Mile location, ensuring every sandwich, soup, and frozen pasta maintains the standards set nearly 50 years ago. Our menu remains unchanged since our founding, featuring iconic dishes like our spicy Italian sausage sandwich with Bruno's peppers and housemade pesto pasta. We take pride in serving three generations of Stockton residents while maintaining the nostalgic atmosphere of Old Italy. Through local press features and community partnerships, we remain dedicated to preserving Italian heritage in San Joaquin Valley.

I like to buy the raw Ravioli and use my own home made gravy/sauce. They are the closest to how my Nonni used to make. Love them. They are the most authentic in town.

For now, giving y'all a one star for having to pay an extra six dollars for my sandwich or try to find my bank's ATM. It would be nice to know ahead of time-- that you guys are behind the times-- and that you have to pay cash. So here I am an hour after My phone order with my food. When I told the guy behind the counter what an inconvenience it was, he didn't seem to care at all... like he's heard that complaint 1 million times before and doesn't do anything about it. Pretty sure he was the owner or manager even though he said he will pass it on to the owner or manager

Ordered a # 10. Location was great and food was good. Little taken a back by so few people were wearing a face mask but hey people make their own rules. Overall food was good would only recommend using a atm at counter instead of cash or check.
