Wasn't sure exactly what to expect going in because I've never purposely sought out the help of a Hypnotist previously. I went to CSH for help with my Piano learning. I had trouble focusing during practice sessions inundated myself with minor. I went to see Charles in 2019 to quit smoking cigarettes and little did I know the life changes that were before me.
I had several hypnosis sessions with Charles throughout 2019 into 2020. These hypnosis sessions allowed me to make several. Charles was great to work with and very informative. I was unsure and very hesitant when I first walked into the office but within minutes I felt comfortable and was able to relax.
