We are in-network with UnitedHealthCare and Veterans Administration Community Care Network. Patients pay at time of service and receive EOB for insurance processing.

I'm a disabled veteran and I've been a patient of Point Balance Acupuncture off and on for over a year. The acupuncturist, Kathleen is incredibly knowledgeable in not only acupuncture, but eastern and western medicines. She is very professional and polite along with her staff. Kathy is the absolute best. She knew exactly how to treat my lower back pain that I've had on and off for the past 5 years. My pain went away for as long as I saw her. Tracie is great too. Scheduling is very easy through their online portal. The beds and rooms are very clean. I always looked forward to my hour of relaxation after work. I recently moved states and wish I was able to take them with me.

Kathy is kind, skilled and efficient. Been a lot of places for pain control and this is my favorite. One of the only things that relieved my jaw pain. Treatment rooms are relaxing. I typically doze off waking up feeling recharge with a lot less pain. Office staff is kind and communicates well.

After my son was diagnosed with a breathing disorder Kathi was able to help heal his body to where he is no longer on daily medication. I have seen her for arthritis in my finger and other issues and also has been able to help. Including a bleeding disorder while pregnant.
