Our van has been waiting 2 weeks already for warranty repair. it is not even scheduled yet. Wow! It feels like we have taken a step back into a different time and place where getting service is a challenge.

I whent into the dealership the other day after seeing the car my expanding family has been looking for. Connor Wood ended up helping us and in my opinion went above and beyond to get us the car we needed lower than what we were expecting. Overall he made it a wonderful and excellent experience and was polite, friendly, and personal. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car or looking to trade in to see him.

Even with an appointment, it took nearly an hour to get my oil changed. I had called to make the appointment (twice) and was assured I would be called back, I was not. I was finally able to book the appointment online. I am only giving four stars because the techs are friendly and came to the showroom to let me know the car was done rather than make me guess.

David McDonald was very nice, respectful, and up-lifting! He made us feel at home! He knew a lot about the cars and was very helpful with any and all questions that I have. He did a great job showing us around and giving us great options we didnt even think we had! David made the process of buying a car more than just a sale. Trace was extremely helpful. I put money down on a car that was on its way up here and he did very good to keep me updated on its status. I felt very comfortable asking him any questions I had and he was very nice and knowledgeable. I am so so so excited about my car and I couldnt be happier with it or the service I received at the dealership.
