Before joining the Lausanne team, Laura served for over a decade as a communications and marketing specialist for non-profits in the Memphis area after graduating with a B.A. in political science from Rhodes College and the McIntire Business Institute at the University of Virginia. Colby Hall joined the Lausanne community in 2013 after several years in the hospitality industry.
After graduating from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a B.S. in hospitality management, Colby began her career as an event coordinator for Marriott International. Colby quickly advanced her career in the hospitality industry as both a social catering coordinator and sales executive. After moving to several different cities with Marriott and holding several different positions, she was ready to follow her dream of working with children.

Dr. Anderson is currently analyzing all summary data and reviewing individual responses received by these students in the 7 th - 12 th grades. The survey was completed by over 350 students. Secondly, the first week of April, the Task Force will send out a Diversity & Inclusion Survey to all faculty and staff with that data.

Since our founding in 1926, Lausanne has continually evolved forthe better. But our founders' emphasis on challenging the status quo, commitment to small classes, inspiring teachers and highly individualized instruction are values we hold dear today. In the fall of 2018,L ausannebecame one of only nine independent schools and only the 24th of all schools in the nation to have all three International BaccalaureateProgrammes.
