Early Childhood
Our Marlene R. Shaw Early Childhood Center provides a nurturing environment for girls aged 2 through Senior Kindergarten. Through play-based learning and language-rich activities, we foster independence and curiosity while building foundational academic and social skills in a supportive setting.
Lower School
Grades 1-5 focus on hands-on learning and skill development. Our curriculum emphasizes problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration while maintaining small class sizes that allow personalized attention and foster confidence in young learners.
Middle School
Grades 6-8 experience transformative education with subject-specific experts. We emphasize critical thinking and leadership development while supporting social-emotional growth through age-appropriate programs that prepare girls for academic and personal challenges.

This Is The McNeil Family Gymnasium. The Separate 57 S. Perkins, puts on another street. You Need to change , it's main address from St. Mary's School 60 Perrkins Extended to 57 S. Perkins

Having had the privilege attending an all-girls school myself (in Nashville), I was confident that I wanted the same for my 2 daughters. My daughters are very different - one is more of an artist, and not an academic;). Most everything comes easily for the other one. St. Mary's has been fabulous for them both. They are both challenged to do hard things and stretch themselves. They are also both supported by classroom teachers, special area teachers, the chaplain, learning specialists, counselor, and head of the school. As a father of two daughters privileged to attend St. Mary's I must admit we have been very pleased with nearly all aspects of the school. It is essential to understand that with many good options in Memphis St Mary's is excellent at helping create a unique academic atmosphere that has pushed my daughters to new levels we are proud to witness. Shop around, but be sure to out St Mary's on your list.

My daughter has been at St. Mary's for 2 years now in 2K and Pre-K. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this incredible program. We feel beyond blessed to be a part of St. Mary's.
