Just bought a new house and the seller picked Mr. Sweeps to do work on our chimney. I would not have picked him myself, but he was the cheapest for the seller and now I know why. Im not debating that he knows about chimneys, and that he doesnt know what hes doing, I believe he does. However, if the owner wants to keep this business going and stay credible to fix chimneys, He either needs to do it himself or hire better workers to do the job. They came to fix our chimney the first time, filled in cracks in the mortar. We realized they had forgotten apart of it that needed to be fixed. We

The guy from Mr. Sweeps was very helpful and let me know that I didn't need to have service on one of my fireplaces. He cleaned the other one and fixed everything up very quickly. I would definitely use them again.
