My mom was a resident here and it was truly an understaffed and unsupervised facility. Look elsewhere. No qualified staff are employees here.

This place should be closed down. They endangered the welfare of my family member who has dementia. This facility knows my family member needs to be watched and yet, they allowed him to leave the facility and wonder through traffic. Received a phone call from an incompetent and unprofessional supervisor, Shakeera, at 1:00 a.m. this morning telling me my loved one should never have been brought to their facility and that there are no Registered nurses on staff. When I brought my loved one to this facility, Teresa Marie Mulligan, the Administrator, told me my loved one would be well cared for.

Toured the Avalon for a loved one and was so impressed by both the staff and the facility. Feels like a home. Staff were attentive and caring and that makes all the difference. We feel lucky to have found such a special place for our loved one.

The facility does meet all the needs and concerns of the elderly. The facility is close and safety is the most vital factor within the administration and staff. As a concerned caregiver, I feel this facility earns and warrants all needed funding for all Elder Care.

Ms. Teresa has a outstanding way of showing persons in tours and is a beautiful place and residents are great and staff as I tour place everything was set accordingly and very clean. and they treat with respect and outstanding place to live in.

Staff truly seems to care for the residents. The interior of the facility is old and has an ancient television in one of television rooms but people are warm and caring.

They are a truly caring facility..there are activities and music events for the residents .my mom and dad harry stayed there..highly recommended
