In the event that you cancel more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a $50 handling charge. Cancellation within thirty (30) days of arrival will be a full forfeit unless the unit is re-rented. You are located in the middle of town with stunning views across Wagner Park to Aspen Mountain.

At the Prospector, each condominium is subdivided into fifteen separate pieces of real estate defined as a "Fractional Estate". You own the same three weeks in the same suite each year.
