Staff was very helpful and accommodating to my families needs! They helped us make a fire because the previous night the we had problems with smoke and they offered to move us to another unit until smoke cleared. They are also right next to aspen mountain and Ajax so its very convenient for skiing, shopping, and good restaurants within walking distance. Definitely recommend staying here!

Unit 806 was true ski in ski out.. right from the scenic back porch. The staff was helpful, friendly and not intrusive. lots of steps up from the parking area but the staff helped us move in a Yukon XL full of ski stuff. The hot tube and heated pool were a plus. the unit was quite and uber convenient to walking about town.

I've noticed the spa walking by several times as we regularly stay at the Gant just down the way. I had a really bad crash on the mountain yesterday causing my neck to be very sore and my hand. So I decided to call them to book a massage, never been there before so they assigned me to who was available at the time. A girl named Rosey. That ended up being the best massage I could've ever received for an injury on the mountain. Rosey is An athlete herself and understands the types of injuries that happen from crashes. She's an amazing Pilates instructor mountaineer and much more. Her

The massage was average at best, the facility was cold and the steam room and sauna didn't work. All in all a very disappointing experience. When we got there nobody was at reception and we had to wait an age and eventually had to hunt someone down. All of this this would have been annoying at the best of times but this cost $$$$$$$$$. STAY AWAY!
