I worked there briefly. This tyrant only cares about himself and his two sons who work there also. There is nothing you can do to please this man. Everything has to be his way, you cannot say a word to anybody on the working floor , he has cameras throughout the shop and all he likes to do is sit in the office watching everything you do. Do one little thing that he doesn't approve of, and he will come storming out of the office to scream at you in front of the whole shop. If you have the opportunity to work there, DON'T.

Horrible company to do business with. They are almost always late on orders. Its a father/son team who owns the company and the old man acts like he's the most important man in the world. He goes out of his way to scream at his employees even in plain sight of customers.

I worked for TNT custom equipment recently. The interview went great, I was offered a position at the salary i was asking plus overtime. When I arrived on my first day, the paperwork I was asked to sign had a different amount than we agreed upon at the interview. When I insisted the number be changed, I was met with an attitude by the owner, where he asked me again what I was making at my previous employer, and said "Okay so if I call in, they will confirm what you were being paid" to which I said yes. He then agreed to "meet me in the middle" paying me less than we agreed upon at the interview
