Services
Precision Machining
Our precision machining services utilize 16 modern CNC machines, including 5-axis systems, to achieve tolerances within .0002". We handle complex geometries and exotic materials for aerospace, automotive, and industrial applications. Our capabilities include milling, turning, and multi-axis machining with rapid turnaround times.
Waterjet Cutting
Our WARDjet A-0612 waterjet system cuts materials up to 7" thick with .003" accuracy using high-pressure abrasive streams. This cold process prevents heat distortion, ideal for precision components in carbide, titanium, and composites with fast turnaround times.
EDM Services
Our Mitsubishi MV2400S and Charmilles Robofil 440 EDM systems deliver precise wire-cutting for complex shapes in conductive materials. Capable of handling workpieces up to 7.9" thick with 5m accuracy, we support tight-tolerance requirements for molds, dies, and aerospace components.
Grinding Services
With 13 ID/OD grinding machines, including CNC and manual systems, we achieve .00005" tolerances on carbide, steel, and exotic alloys. Services include surface, cylindrical, and form grinding for tooling, gauges, and precision components across industries.
Forge Tooling
We manufacture and repair forge tooling for Hatebur hot formers, including shearing knives, punches, and dies. Our expertise extends to re-machining used tooling, ensuring extended service life and cost-effective solutions for forging operations.
