East Hill Christian School

East Hill Christian School was founded in 1958 by a group of dedicated believers who saw the need for quality Christian education in the Pensacola area. In 1987, EHCS grew from a Christian elementary school to an educational institution designed to train children spiritually, mentally, socially, and physically from VPK through high school.

We believe that the Word of God has unique relevance to the process of educating this nation's youth. When properly integrated into a curriculum, we believe that the Bible provides the students with competencies which are vital to the process of coping in the world today. We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, authoritative, inerrant Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16, 2 Peter 1:21).

East Hill Christian School is committed to a doctrine which supports the infallibility of Scripture, that the Bible is the ultimate authority against which all evidence is examined. The educational philosophy is Christ-centered. We believe that the Bible has unique relevance to the development of the whole person and assign priority to its instruction in all academic disciplines.

EHCS is blessed to have a diverse, talented, and caring faculty composed of full-time and part-time teachers. Our certified teachers bring together years of experience, advanced degrees, and a love for Jesus Christ to create an atmosphere of academic excellence. Three or more years of K-12th grade teaching experience.
