Our premium beef is hand cut and trimmed daily by our expertly trained butchers. We only use the finest quality Iowa grain fed beef and we grind our ground chuck and ground sirloin in house several times daily. We also carry all natural chicken, grain fed pork, milk fed veal and several cuts of lamb.

We carry a large selection of seafood and shellfish including Wild Alaskan salmon, sushi-grade tuna, several types of shrimp and scallops just to name a few. We make our own homemade crab cakes, smoked salmon, seafood dips and cocktail sauce. Our award winning deli features Walnut Creek and Boar's Head brand cold cuts and cheeses along with our own homemade meats.
