I chose it because I thought it was highly rated and people there should be nice and treat patient friendly and warmly. But it turned out I was discriminately treated by one of the therapists there, maybe I was the only Asian there. She literally spent 20 minutes with a woman next to me, chatted with her endlessly and friendly and gave her a long massage. What made me angry was she literally spending extra time with that patient even when she was done! Come on, other patients were waiting and their time was valuable! I had to wait for like 40 minutes for my turn and then I tried to be nice to her

Advanced Sports PT is a really outstanding & unique physical therapy clinic. Most importantly, I had the great fortune to have an amazingly competent, professional & highly effective therapist in Jean Marie Jeannie Quinn. Aside from Jeannies outstanding credentials of being a Doctor of Physical Therapy, she consistently demonstrates a dedication, commitment and personal caring for her patients 100% recovery and achieving a full return to normalcy. Jeannies expertise is further enhanced by her terrific interpersonal skills and communicative style. She is highly effective in each

I am winding down my course of treatment with Jean Marie Quinn (Jeanie), physical therapist at Advanced Sports and Im happy to report that I am feeling worlds better and have a greater appreciation of how my body works and how to better take care of myself. For my most recent treatment, I no longer have pain in my left hip and right knee while walking. Jeanies deep tissue massage combined with the heat packs released the tightness and got the blood flowing well again. When Jeanie explained the hands-on treatments, it gave me a greater understanding and sense of how to move properly to prevent

This is a great place to go to for therapy. I tore my ACL in the summer and they are really helping in my recovery, shout out to Jeanie. They are well versed in what they do and help many people. But even more importantly, they are people you can trust :)

I have been going to Advanced Sports (Union Turnpike location) for at least 25 years for a wide variety of problems: herniated disc in lower back, foot surgery, bulging discs in neck, tennis elbow, torn rotator cuff, and more. I keeping returning there because I know that the front desk people will handle my insurance correctly, and that the therapists will make an effort to get my insurance to approve all the visits I need. The therapists and their assistants are excellent. My favorite therapist is Jeannie. She seems to have eyes in the back of her head; she continually monitors all her patients

I have been keeping my appointments at Advanced Sports Physical Therapy during the pandemic. They were closed in the beginning of the pandemic lock down and reopened with limited appointments and number of people allowed in. It's not fully staffed yet but they are slowly calling back their senior staffs, such as the assistants (Frank and Dana). Jaime was my therapist before the pandemic so my appointments have been with Jeanie and occasionally Paul during this time. I feel safe coming here. Everyone must wear face mask, have temperature taken at the front desk by Tonya or Gabrielle and have hands
