Services
Report
There are a variety of reasons why you may need to see a foot doctor. The musculoskeletal system of the feet, ankles, and lower legs involve many different parts that have to work together in unison to create smooth and pain-free movement. If any of these parts are not functioning properly, the whole system can suffer!
New Patients
Report
If you have never been to a podiatrist before, you may be nervous about your upcoming visit. Don't be! Millions of people see podiatrists every year for help with their feet, ankles, and lower legs. Did you know the average person takes about 10,000 steps every day? That is a lot of stress on your feet!
Bunions
Report
Bunions are painful bone deformities in the big toe. When the toe is misaligned, the joint in the toe grows larger, creating a protuberance over time. These lumps can cause constant pain from rubbing against shoes, which in turn, irritates the joint resulting in a large bump. If treated early, bunions can be corrected.
Sports Injuries
Report
Below are some of the most common sports and sports-related injuries we see in our office. Proper stretching is vital to injury prevention, specifically, a minimum of 15 minutes before beginning exercise. Artificial surfaces, improper footwear, and inadequate stretching are recipes for disaster. Make sure to wear proper shoes and stretch for at least 15 minutes before playing sports.
