Kens Pizza Corner in Brighton, NY was established in the early 2000's. Former employee of the original Pizza Corner in Henrietta, Abe Switzer followed his passion and desire to continue to create authentic pizza ventured off to establish and operate the Monroe Ave location of Ken's Pizza Corner. Ken's is the pizza place for fresh quality ingredients, delicious food, and customer convenience.

Originally from the Rochester area, Ken had worked at the location and eventually pursued his passion for creative pizza making by purchasing the business. After several years, Ken established a Ken's Pizza franchise and a former employee purchased the Brighton location on Monroe Ave.
