Dr. Laura (apologies for forgetting her last name) spoke with me on the phone about my pup for 25 minutes. She really took her time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, to assess my concerns honestly, & brought other important things for me to keep in mind to my attention. There have been so many times Ive gone to a vet where I felt rushed or that there was little evaluation involved! Its evident that she & the rest of the staff *genuinely* care about our animals. :)

First visit here after leaving vet in Willis. Amazing staff! Dr. Janovsky is very nice, very friendly and so easy to talk too and really seems to care what I had to say! Very down to earth! She took great care of my baby today! Explained every detail of the visit very clearly. So much compassion so Big 👍
