We have been customers of Dutchtown Pharmacy since we moved to the area 12 years ago and have always been pleased with the service we received. Today we had an issue with a medication the doctor wrote. She request a generic drug but no generic was available and our insurance copay was $70 for the brand. The pharmacist helped us locate a copay card and when that was still more than we were willing to pay for a maintenance medication she said we can always call the doctor to prescribe something different. We decided not to fill and check back with the doctor for an alternative. We would have never

I have tried to use this pharmacy on several occasions and each time I've walked out after being treated rudely and ugly. They have no interest in helping or listening to the customer. I refuse to use their business because they go out of their way to be rude, condescending, and just plain nasty.

They are my go to pharmacy, never a wait, staff is always friendly, nice, professional environment, & there is a drive thru, one for drop off and one for pick up. It sure beats the big retail pharmacies that always have a long line/wait time!! Would 100% recommend them for all your pharmacy needs.

Would not fill my rx. Talked to two different people, and both kept trying to tell me it was a 40 day rx when I've been filling the same rx there every 30 days for months now. And then they had the audacity to tell me how much medication I should have left. All they had to do was look in the computer and see for themselves. Went to Prairieville Pharmacy, and had no issue. Will no longer do business with these condescending people.
