The staff is extremely compassionate and they ALWAYS have my medicine. I drive 40 minutes to use their services because they are worth it. Plus not a big block chain store. They also have awesome scents and candles! Highly recommend.

This pharmacy is off of Hwy 42 in Prairieville but to me it's worth the drive. The employees here are really nice and caring. I was having problems with my insurance company and CVS (Perkins Rowe) and Lagniappe were the only places that had my medication. Eric and Makaela have gone above and beyond dealing with my insurance company and getting my meds. approved. Meanwhile I had to keep calling CVS, was getting mixed information from different employees, would drive all the way across town bc a pharmacist told me it was ready when it wasn't, waited 4 extra days because they "forgot

I switched from a large retail pharmacy to Lagniappe when I moved to Prairieville 3 years ago. I am so glad that I found this pharmacy!! Medications that I had been paying $200+ dollars/month for, due to my insurance not covering the medication, were suddenly available to me for $15/month because the staff at Lagniappe took the time to research my medications and found drug coupons. They did this completely unsolicited...just because they care about customer satisfaction! My prescriptions are ready on time and I get a text notifying me when it is time to pick them up. I just recently started using this pharmacy as recommended by my Dr. They are great ! I don't even have to call them, they automatically send my script ! I love it, no hassle ! I've been dealing with another pharmacy chain that is at times is so frustrating that they bring me to tears at times. I am so happy to have found this pharmacy. They are considerate, thorough and they even send out your rx by UPS. Did I mention that I love this pharmacy ! Lol I hope if you give them a try you have the same experience.
