Services include individual psychotherapy, psychiatric medication management and facility-based primary care. Our psychology providers are PhDs, PsyDs, LCSWs and LISWs that deliver mental health evaluations, staff consultations, and 1:1 therapeutic counseling.

Recent History of Hospitalizations, Trauma/Falls, Medication Changes, Diet Changes, Behavioral Changes, and/or Lab Results. Our office is currently closed. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST; our offices are closed on all major holidays. Triage requests received outside of business hours or on a holiday are not addressed until the next business day.
