Dr. Lanier is a proud son of Maple Hill, Pender County, NC, where his family has been for generations. After studying music at UNCW, he graduated from NC State University with a business degree. After leaving active duty in 2007, he spent more time at NC State preparing for medical school and graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in 2014.

Promina Health is a medical home for the entire family. Our members receive comprehensive primary care from their personal physician for a flat, monthly fee. In-office surgical and diagnostic procedures such as pap smears, EKG's, skin biopsies cryotherapy, and more at no extra cost (pathology fees may apply).

Direct Primary Care is a model of health care that puts patients first by getting rid of the red tape that constrains traditional practices. It's simple: we don't bill insurance, and instead we charge a low monthly membership fee that covers all of our patients' primary care office visits and services.

A fixed, predictable monthly amount that gives you more control over health care spending. Employees get unlimited visits, highly-personalized primary care, and around the clock access to their physician. A core focus on prevention and management of chronic conditions and better healthcare system use.
