Our personal training options in STOTT Pilates offer clients the opportunity to work with our highly trained and certified staff in a one-on-one session, or package of sessions, designed to address the uniqueness of each client and their personal life and fitness goals. Our commitment to catering sessions to the client at hand sets us apart from the competition.

Clients who are new to Pilates should begin their journey at Bridger Pilates with our special introductory package to assess their needs while creating a plan for future growth. Bridger Pilates offers a variety of STOTT Pilates Mat and Group Equipment Classes to challenge and support clients in a fun and safe environment.

Bridger Pilates is a wellness facility offering STOTT Pilates, Massage Therapy, and DoTERRA essential oils. Our studio caters to the individual providing both private and group instruction in Pilates, Yoga, Total Barre, Zenga, TRX, Myofascial release techniques and other fitness modalities.

We are also a retail store front for DoTERRA Essential Oils and wellness products as we strive to help our clients achieve a complete and holistic lifestyle that keeps them healthy and active for a lifetime.

This package is available once only to first-time clients. We recommend taking advantage of this package to learn correct technique and get maximum benefit out of your group classes and home workouts. Please see registration form for class times and registration deadline. These sessions will only be held if at least 4 Mat Class Clients and/or 3 Group Equipment Clients register and pay by the registration deadline.

Julie is a mentor and teacher of the Body, Mind and Spirit, working with clients primarily through coaching and bodywork. She approaches each client with a holistic perspective and she is always seeking a deeper layer of connection. She draws on ideas from many sources, including a structural and functional understanding of anatomy, other healing arts and practices, and the many personal experiences with her clients.
