Wes Goodman has been passionate about resistance training since he was a kid. He began his fitness journey when he was in 5th grade. He was an overweight kid who had a dream to play football but needed to lose weight in order to play. He went on to lose the weight necessary to play football and fell in love with resistance training in the process.
