Skin Cancer Diagnosis
Our board-certified dermatologists perform comprehensive skin cancer screenings using advanced diagnostic techniques. We identify suspicious moles and lesions early, offering biopsies and treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Regular checkups help detect changes in skin health, reducing risks associated with melanoma and other skin cancers.
Psoriasis Treatment
We develop personalized treatment plans for managing psoriasis, including topical therapies, phototherapy, and biologic medications. Our team educates patients on lifestyle modifications to reduce flare-ups and improve skin health. Follow-up appointments ensure long-term symptom control and quality-of-life improvements.
Dermatological Surgery
Our surgeons perform in-office procedures for removing skin cancers, moles, and benign growths. Techniques include cryosurgery, excisions, and Mohs surgery for complex cases. We prioritize minimal scarring and rapid recovery while ensuring complete removal of abnormal tissue through precise surgical methods.
Acne Treatment
We offer medical-grade treatments for acne, including prescription topical creams, oral medications, and chemical peels. Our approach targets underlying causes like hormonal imbalances and bacterial overgrowth. Patients receive guidance on skincare routines to prevent future breakouts and reduce scarring.
BLU-U Blue Light Therapy
This non-invasive therapy uses blue light to treat acne by killing bacteria on the skin's surface. Sessions last 16 minutes and require no downtime. We recommend multiple treatments for lasting results, often combined with topical medications for enhanced effectiveness.

I went away with a positive impression of High Plains Dermatology Center and it's employees. CJ is a very likable young lady. She removed some skin tags that I had wanted to have removed for some time. She engaged in conversation with me the whole time which made the experience much more comfortable for me than it might have been otherwise. Also Dr. Jones was very nice, soft spoken and didn't appear to be in a hurry to rush though the exam like some physicians I have been to. I'll return for my follow-up exam because I like the people there.
