Fall is a great time to get in shape and get ready for ski season! We've got lots of classes to chose from, and be sure to check for last minute openings the night before and morning of!. In this month's Yamuna workshop we'll be exploring the fascial lines of the mid, center and sides of the body. We'll work the IT band, and lower leg, as well as the core, spine and neck.

Marisa began studying Pilates in her early teens as a method to support and compliment her dance training. She continued her Pilates study through college and after graduating completed her certification with STOTT Pilates, a leading program in the contemporary Pilates approach.
She earned her BFA in dance from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, Washington and taught dance and Pilates around the Seattle area for several years before moving back to her home state of Colorado.In addition to Seattle, Marisa has taught at studios in Ridgway and Telluride Colorado as well as New York City.

Great for those who are new to Pilates or the professional athlete our reformer classes offer something for everyone. Our all level reformer class is perfect for everyone! With small class sizes we'll make sure you feel safe if newer to Pilates and add challenging modifications if you're a Pilates pro.
