Very professional yet friendly from the get go. The associates at the front desk were friendly and thoroughly put me through a series of digital eye tests. Then the doctor put my eyes through their paces. She then explained all the tests and made recommendations. She answered all my questions and was very personable. I liked my previous eye doctor, but this practice was even more awesome.

Cowardly staff. I was taking my daughter in for a kindergarten registration eye appt, and was refused to come to the appointment because I had my 7 year old son as well. My childcare fell through for him and I was unable to find anyone else. When I called to speak to the doctor, I was told she was with another patient and unavailable to speak to me during my appointment time. Sounds more like avoiding a conversation with me than too busy to speak to me. I understand Covid risks and procedures, but if the entire school district can open up for children with the proper procedures, were all sanitized

I had LASIK done 4 years ago, and today I went in for my annual eye exam. The whole team was very friendly. Stephanie performed some preliminary measurements and scans of my eyes and then Dr. Nguyen dilated my eyes and did some more tests. They both were very knowledgeable and I appreciate that they educated me on what they were doing. They also seemed to be following all the latest safety precautions. I have no complaints!
