Been going there since we moved to Sycamore 20 yrs ago and have always had the best experience. Tried other places and there is no comparison. They have gone above and beyond with myself and 4 children. Would highly recommend

Me and relative go in to get eyes checked and new glasses a week later were told BOTH set of glasses are it
NOPE just the relatives glasses are in even through we specifically asked if BOTH sets are it
When my I found out my glasses came it I was told someone would be there till 5 PM that day
When I got there they were closed the hours that day were 8:30 to 1PM reminder we were told someone would be there till 5 THAT DAY!!!

Dr Harte and staff are professional and friendly. Dr Harte is very thorough and thoughtful and he does not try to sell his products. When Ive had eye issues they have gotten me quickly and I feel they always have my best interest.
