I dropped off my wifes iPad to get the screen fixed which she uses everyday for school and work. The guy tells me that there might be more things wrong with the iPad. He even called me about the situation and that the price will increase. I told him no problem I will pick it up in a week, he agreed. A week later I came to pick it up and when I arrived the iPad was still in the same condition as when I first brought it in. No type of work got done, and when I try to get an explanation, he couldnt say anything but just look down at the ipad. For 2 minutes he had nothing to say so I took my

I found this business online. I thought that the customer service & performance would reflect the online reviews; boy was I wrong. I thought the guy working there was being attentive when I told him that I had dropped a weight on my phone while at the gym. The result was a cracked screen. He told me that it would take 30 minutes to fix my screen & front camera. When I got back an hour later I discovered that he hadn't even began to work on my phone yet. The next thing I know he was trying to up sell me. He did not do a proper assessment, he ended up making the issue worst. My phone could no longer
