In partnership with Kawai Piano, our Kawai Stage is crowned by the hand-crafted top of the line Shigeru Kawai grand piano. The stage is available for classical and non-traditional concerts, conferences, corporate and club meetings.

At MAKC, our goal is to provide our students with an opportunity to excel in their musical studies. Designed with flexibility in mind, MAKC Online Lessons program allows to pursue their dreams of making music from the comfort of their own home. There is no progress without practice. At MAKC we provide our students with a digital piano until they are ready to purchase their own instrument.

Study with one the best instructors in Kansas City area! We offer violin, cello, guitar and ukulele lessons. If you need to prepare for orchestra auditions, or just want to learn to play an instrument, Music Academy of Kansas City is the place to do it! You can attend lessons in-person, or meet your teacher virtually from the comfort of your own home.
Online Lessons

In order to participate, you'll need an internet-ready device with a microphone and camera. Most laptops and smartphones are perfect for this. Your teacher will communicate with you directly to coordinate technology for your online lessons. Teachers are each prepared to connect with you via Skype, FaceTime, or a similar video conferencing program.
E-Contest

The main purpose of this year's contest is to have FUN! Additional purpose is to stimulate artistic and creative outcome, with hope to inspire our students and enjoy the music making in the process. Applicants must be enrolled in lessons at Music Academy of Kansas City at the time of the Auditions or enrolled in lessons with MAKC teacher.
