I'll be moving back in to Ribbon Mill for the third time with my girlfriend after having lived there once with my brother and once with my best friends. Patti and Jared run a super tight ship here. The apartments are always clean and ready to go on move in, the building is kept in immaculate shape and if a problem does arise it's quickly remedied by the staff. I truly can't say enough good things about this place. This was the first apartment I lived in after leaving my parents house and when my girlfriend and I were looking for a place together Ribbon Mill immediately came to mind. Highly recommended

I have to say I've been a tenant here for a long time. The staff is amazing from Patty to Jerrod, and new staff Samantha and Max. For instance yesterday I came home and I pay extra for a front row parking. Max plowed the space for me so I could park. This is the level of satisfaction they give here.

Me and my wife lived here for five years and had a wonderful time living at Ribbon Mill. We never had any problems hearing other tenants as we have seen at other apartments. Management and maintenance were always very attentive and easy to get ahold of. Additionally as a military family the management team was familiar with the challenges of military life and very supportive of us during our time here. We are happy to have called Ribbon Mill our home!

Ribbon mill has been a fantastic place to live for the past several years. The building and apartments have so much character, but its the people who manage the building who really set this place a part. Patti and Jared go above and beyond for their residents. Ive been consistently impressed by their compassion and care, and would absolutely recommend living here.
