At Total Training, our group High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) classes are more like a party, but without all that awkwardness and booze. Total Training is the ultimate mash-up of ridiculous humans, serious fitness techniques, and a wildly supportive community.

Fitness isn't always fun. Gyms can be intimidating, we are busy as hell, and training hard can seem daunting. That's why TTF is about making fitness as enjoyable as possible. Because our trainers are a bunch of fitness-nerds, we know how to get results quickly and safely. We work with all kinds of people looking to get "healthy and hot" (including many who've never belonged to a gym).
How It Works

Dress to sweat! Gym wear, gym towel, yoga mat, 2 sets of weights (heavy and medium), and running shoes required. Moisture-wicking fabrics are your friends. Layers are suggested on cold days. Your workout starts before you enter the gym - Make sure you have given your body the fuel it needs & rest up the night before!
