This school employs teachers that spend the majority of their time in the classroom engaged in personal issues, as far as CONSTANTLY being at her desk, emailing her attorneys about her ex husband. The students see her typing away, can read EVERYTHING she sends her divorce attorneys, they see her on her phone in her Instagram and Twitter accounts, screen shotting her ex husbands new girlfriends posts, and actively discusses her personal life in front of her students. This is a middle school science teacher! This school charges enough in tuition to be able to hire qualified teachers, not one that

MCDS has this unique ability to attract amazing people both as students, faculty and staff. As a student I have made lifelong friends, but it is also the what I call MCDS legends who truly shape so many minds. Fantastic school. Teachers are great - they are really caring. The campus is beautiful. Our kids love it there. It has a good balance of learning vs activities and we're very happy with Miami Country Day!

Coming from NY, from an amazing academic school district I was concerned about academics in Miami for my children. I have now been at Miami Country Day for several years and I can say, unequivocally it as exceeded my expectations. I have two different children with different strengths and weakness academically, and MCDS has been a great learning environment for both. My daughter is in middle school and is thriving not only academically but socially as well. The unique offerings and opportunities at this school are vast. My son in lower school is excited for middle school and is completely prepared

Its 2 years now my daugther is in MIAMI COUNTRY DAY SCHOOL, we come from FRANCE and it was the best move for her she is 13, its very secure, the school is amazing, the staff, teachers are really good and they are listening, the sports facilities are just stunning!!! I recommend 100%!!!
