They were out within 3 hours of my call. They were fast responsive, did not upsell, looked over the furnace and let me know it was still in good shape. Replaced an inducer motor, and couldn't be happier. Technician was prompt, picked up the part after diagnosis and the price was very fair. I would recommend Rich and his team to anyone.

If your own dad owned a heating & cooling company, you still couldnt get better service. I was a first-time customer, calling over a holiday weekend, to get a second opinion on A/C service after the big A-B guys told me we needed to replace our entire system. They sent someone over that same day (everyone else was either booked a week or more out, or wouldnt even take calls), and were able to fix the problem without even hinting at an up-sell. They turned a $6k, two-week problem into a $200, same-day solution. Highest possible recommendation.

I recently hired this company to help me with a dispute with my home warranty company who had hired another A/C company to handle a service call. Rich was very informative and helpful regarding my situation. He did not criticize the other company; but rather explained to me what they may have meant from the wording in their evaluation but then took his time to thoroughly inspect the A/C unit. As it turns out; the other A/C company was wrong in their evaluation and was basically trying to get me to replace a system that didn't need replacing yet. The part they said was missing; was not and
