I originally had Atlas Butler come out and they determined water damage without looking at it and quoted me $4990 dollars for repairs. The let me determine why not just pay for a brand new furnace at $6K-7K. I decided to check for a second opinion. Came across Five Star Heating and Cooling and Jacob came at night and was able to repair. I will go with them when the time comes to replace or repair my HVAC system. Highly recommended.

Our AC quit working two days ago. I called one shop that never called me back, so I called Delaware Heating & Air late in the afternoon yesterday. They were able to schedule a diagnostic appointment for today. Mark showed up right on time for the service window. He took a look at my system and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the replacement part in his van and was able to get my AC running again quickly.

After a long day of work, I walked inside & quickly realized the air conditioner had stopped working. I called Delaware heat & cooling immediately, thinking there was no way someone would be able to come out tonight due to such short notice. Stephanie with customer service was incredibly kind & helpful! Josh Anderson, the technician, was at my house in a little over an hour & had the problem solved & fixed in no time. He was polite, professional, & I would absolutely request him back for any future needs. Excellent service & excellent price. Would definitely recommend this company!

Called Saturday evening and got an appointment for the next day. Jacob actually arrived 30 minutes early, after calling to make sure that was OK.
Walked me through everything he was doing and took extra time to inspect the system since the symptoms didn't match his initial fix. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. I would highly recommend based on my experience.
