Some interesting presentations, but too many of the so-called artists studios were staged only for the day and were really just cubicle pop-up galleries. I appreciated the actual working studios much more. The highlight was not the presence of artists, but the one--day opening of the Edgarton collection of mechanical musical instruments---truly awe-inspiring including one that looked strikingly like the famed one in Renoir's Rules of the Game
