Years ago, Oren said goodbye to life as a corporate geek and IT (information technology) Director to pursue his calling as a carpenter, then handyman, then a licensed building contractor. Oren holds a BS from Rochester Institute of Technology and is trained in printing, computer science and imaging technologies - with two patents for electronic printing control systems.
Over the years, my one-man handyman and carpentry shop grew into a licensed contractor business, with a team of amazing builders and fixers, some learned the trades locally, others in far away lands. My roots are deep in Berkeley. At the core of my work is creating 'meaningful work' and long-term, enjoyable relationships with clients and tradepeople.
