I fell in love with health and fitness over 20 years ago. I am very passionate of helping others achieve their goals and have helped over 350 people. I am a father of 5 and I love being outdoors and am a conservationist. I love playing sports and am still playing some sports competitively, even at almost 40 years old.

As you compete at your first show a lot of emotions come out and a lot of questions are answered. You usually decide if competing is for you. You decide when.
