At first my experience with this company was good. I called and they came in to give me a free consultation. They then said that they were going to call and get back to me with a quote. Days went on and I decided to call, they said that they just had a question (which they should have called and asked me personally). I answered to their question and they said they would give me the quote in a day or two. Weeks have gone by and they never sent that quote. They were unreliable and unprofessional.

We had an excellent experience with Blinds R Us. Everything was so efficient and well coordinated. This was easily the most competitive quote we got, and on top of the great price, our top down/bottom up blinds look fantastic, the installation was quick and professional, and Jim was very easy to work with.

I had a good experience with BlindsRUS. BlindsRUS installed 22 blinds [solar and cellular shades (single cell, single cell blackout and double cell)] in my home and they are beautiful! My rating is based on the following factors:
- Price: the most economical by at least 25% compared to 4 other vendors.
- Selection: the most selection. Other vendors, including high-end chains, did not offer the solar shades I was looking for in my kitchen.
- Correspondence: Jim always kept in touch. Jim was the first to respond to my query and would typically respond within a day/hour. He also provided updates
