Incredibly disappointed ,had day off to get glass replaced and waited with no call that they were not coming . They had called on Monday and tried to switch days but I told them that Tues. was my only day to get this done .I was told they would keep my scheduled day and time. Only when I called did they say they weren't coming , I said forget it I'll find a company that wants my business .

Just had my BMW windshield replaced. Was nervous that maybe I should go to the BMW dealer but decided to go to Allstate instead and was extremely happy with the service and attention I got. It was done in less than an hour, which I was thrilled with!!
