I had the worst experience when trying to buy a new car from Serra Nissan/Honda. I have been here before and had issues but I decided to give it one more try. Well needless to say I was NOT pleased. I was told they couldn’t do anything for me without at least $4,000 down which I knew was absolutely not true. Also, the manager here is so rude. He… spoke to me like I was a child and acted like I knew absolutely nothing about car buying. I then decided to drive right down the road to the Toyota dealership and left from there within 2 hours in the new car that I wanted and did not have

Noel in service is FANTASTIC! And Ragan, the tech was awesome too! They worked hard to get the recall completed on my car in a timely manner and Noel even called a few days later to check to see how my car was running. Love the entire service department. They’ve definitely won my business. 🙂
